A group of students who live on Mansfield Road found 200-year-old Cave hidden in the basement of their house. Although many properties on Mansfield Road have basements – this cave was previously undiscovered and shocked experts.
The friends only made the discovery after workmen who were installing new lighting left a door unlocked on the ground floor. The students went down to explore the cellar before they found another door leading to further set of stairs which took them to the 6ft by 4ft cave below.
