Brighton Palace Pier X SUPERCHARGED are hosting a DJ live music online charity event

Staying in is the new going out

This coming Thursday, four DJ sets will be playing for four hours in an effort to raise money and awareness for the NHS in collaboration with Shake It Brighton and SuperCharged.

From 6pm until 10pm, live streaming guests can enjoy a range of eclectic sounds and music whilst watching the sun set across Brighton’s coastline.  The line up includes the likes of Pedro Sedso, Chris Spencer, Maklipz & Oli P in a variety of disco, house and techno tunes.

A spokesperson for SUPERCHARGED, Luke Franco, spoke to The Sussex Tab about tomorrow’s event, he said: “The aim is to make as much money for charity as possible. NHS charities will also be posting the stream too, it’s available to watch on Freeview channel seven.”

The event itself is free, but viewers are asked to get involved by donating via the page. All money raised will go towards the COVID-19 Urgent Appeal as launched by NHS Charities Together. The goal is to support NHS staff and volunteers above and beyond normal NHS funding and as a sign of solidarity for the front-line workers. The organisers are asking everyone to donate even £1 or £2 to support the cause – or to share and raise awareness for the event.
