Fyre festival’s Andy King comes to Sussex University on his tour
Andy King who became famous for the fyre festival documentary will be visiting Sussex university.
Andy King, who rose to fame after the Fyre festival documentary, will be coming to the university of Sussex as part of his tour.
He was part of the disastrous Fyre festival as the events planner and famously was willing to do “whatever it took” and was “prepared to suck dick” to ensure a shipment of water for the doomed event.
King has since experienced newfound fame through his memes as well as an Evian partnership recently with the slogan “so good you’ll do anything for it”. This chat will recall his experiences of working at the doomed festival over the course of an hour then the audience will be invited for a 30 minute Q and A session.
King will also be touring in places such as Birmingham, Newcastle and Edinburgh then concluding the tour in London at UCL.
The event will be taking place on the 23rd April at the Jubilee Lecture Theatre on campus.
Tickets and more information can be found here.
