Land Beyond Festival is returning to Brighton in a brand new location

The organisers have asked permission to use Wild Park

Land Beyond, a brand new Brighton festival, took place in East Brighton Park in June last year.

Organisers were left with no choice but to cancel the first day of the festival due to strong winds causing irreparable damage to the main tent. The event still went ahead on the Sunday with Dizzie Rascal headlining the main stage.

A report has been sent to members of Brighton and Hove City Council which says the organisers of the festival have asked permission to use Wild Park in Moulsecoomb for the festivals return next summer.

The event will take place on June 6 and June 7 next year and organisers hope it will attract up to 10,000 across both the days.

A spokesperson for Land Beyond spoke exclusively to The Sussex Tab, saying "We are looking forward to finding a new permanent home for Land Beyond and can't wait to share our 2020 plans with everyone later this month".
