Choccywoccydoodah closes after 25 years
The beloved shop, hidden away in the Lanes, has now closed
After 25 years of trading and making glorious chocolates, the infamous chocolatiers has closed.
The shop was so beloved it even had an eponymous TV show, documenting the wonderful creations that came out of the shop.
The website says: "Choccywoccydoodah is now permanently closed".

According to Brighton and Hove News, the shop had a large celebrity clientele – including Whoopi Goldberg, Richard Branson, Alice Cooper, and Boy George.
Speaking to Brighton and Hove News, David Hawkins from The Lanes Armoury opposite Choccywoccydoodah said: “With any tourist thing, the challenge is turning that into cash.
"You might get thousands of people looking but not necessarily wanting to buy a premium bar of chocolate or a cake for hundreds of pounds."
Fans of the now-closed shop have taken to Twitter to voice their heartbreak.
Absolutely gutted to see that the iconic delicious #Choccywoccydoodah seems to have closed both in London and in Brighton. Best birthday cakes and best cafe ever. Although one local seemed less bothered by the shops closure:
Who are all these people getting distraught because Choccywoccydoodah has gone bust?
