Sussex is the best university in the world for studying Development Studies, according to new rankings
No one saw that one coming!
Shona ToddAccording to the newly released QS University Rankings for 2019, Sussex University remains first in the world for Development Studies. This means that Sussex has the best Development Studies course in the whole of the UK and Europe.
Harvard ranks a close second and Oxford, LSE, Cambridge, Berkley and Stanford follow. The UK's Development Studies departments on a whole, seem to be currently dominating the top 5.
The QS World University Rankings are determined by academic reputation, employer reputation, research citations and h-index citations.
