VOTE: Which Sussex hall is the ‘loosest’?

Be honest, you only chose your halls in first year on two things: cost, and whether or not it would a crazy place to live. Now you can show your support of your halls so the next time someone says “Swanborough is full of posh twats” you can hit them in the face with this story.

Swanborough

Located in the heart of campus, this is where the life and soul of the party is. Looking down on us mere mortals, the windows are lined with the evidence of the crazy nights as countless Smirnoff bottles are placed on the window sills.

Kent House 

Everyone already knows Kent house throws the best parties, you can see them all when you walk by. The place is always alive with people drinking in the common room or congregating outside on the way to Patterns. Big up the kunt crib.

York House 

The main piece in the Park House jigsaw. “Fuck the security” you hear students cry as they pour vodka into their eyes.

Lancaster House

Located just opposite East Slope bar, the Lannisters are always known for holding huge parties in their halls. They need to turn this place into a club.

Norwich House

Up on the hill, everyone looks up to this nutty place wishing they could get involved.

East Slope

East Slope. What it lacks in style it certainly makes up for in atmosphere. Walking through this suburb you can already see fallout from a night before. From messages in chalk written on the walls, to blaring house music coming from the flats, this place may be the cheapest but it certainly is the most fun.

Park Village 

This is the place for a house party. Since living in Park Village means you are in close confines with one another, it doesn’t take long for a small gathering to turn into Project X.

Northfield 

Wrongly attributed for being boring, Northfield has the class and money to throw a pretty decent sesh. Grab your DJ friend, set up in your common room, and watch how your previously middle class dwelling turns into a mash up.

Brighthelm 

Is there ever not a party going on here? The general rumours on campus all point to this place as being the loosest place on campus. “Oh yeah, I was at a party in Brighthelm last night” you overhear from a hungover student in your 2pm lecture.

Lewes Court 

Did you really go to Sussex if you haven’t partied in Lewes Court? This is where the true animals rest and play. For Lewes Court, it is the people it attracts that make it just so damn crazy.

Stanmer Court 

Out of sight, and out of mind. The Stanmer Court crew party till the break of dawn bitches. Everyone is welcome to Stanmer Court, even the rats.
