Students crash car at Old Steine

I’m in the car right now, I’m doing 90 on the freeway

Four students, in what can only be described as a turquoise piece of shit car, crashed metres from a crowded bus stop on their way home from a night out.

The car crashed earlier this week when the driver tried drifting around the corner from RFC but hit the concrete road divider outside the 25 bus stop at Old Steine.

The card skidded out of control, smashing the bumper and deploying the air bags. Nobody was hurt.

The driver, who apparently used to be a drifter “was trying to get his confidence back” sprinted out the car after the crash when he saw liquid pouring out the engine.

It turned out just to be water from the cooler.

The students at the bus stop eventually helped move the car out of the road after a fleet of taxis tried to get out of the town centre.

The driver, insisting he hadn’t a drop to drink, seemed more pissed because he just upgraded his engine.
