Stirling beats Edinburgh in student experience survey

Surprise, surprise, we’re good at sport

The Times Higher Education student experience survey has ranked Stirling uni at 37th in the UK, the fourth best in Scotland.

We also placed joint fourth in the UK for sports facilities, tied with the University of East Anglia.

Dundee got the highest ranking in Scotland, placing 12th, followed by St Andrew’s at 16th and Glasgow at 34th.

Turns out money can’t buy you student satisfaction as Edinburgh finished in a disappointing 50th in the tables.

Stirling also beat Aberdeen, Strathclyde and Napier in the annual survey which asks students about facilities, teaching and atmosphere.

Between this and the sun on campus, we’re all feeling a bit #bleedgreen week.
