Students were left empty-handed today when Stirling Uni announced its plans to block access to online pornography on the wifi.

In what is every student’s worst nightmare, the Uni announced plans to block access to pornography because its use was causing too much strain on the University servers.

No more late-night “study” sessions.

Now figures released to The Tab have revealed the top sites for cheeky visits by students include classics such as pornhub and xtube but also more bizarrely- the site with the third most traffic- www.grannyporn.com.

The move is expected to increase productivity for first and second year students on campus, giving them more time to focus on their hard core modules.

But the new decision is causing havoc on-campus. One anonymous third year student told us “It’s ridiculous. We have a right to view what we want, as long as it’s not hurting anyone.”

There has been no word on how long the ban will last, but it is thought it may be brought in in time for exam season, which will undoubtedly leave some Stirling Uni residents in a hard dilemma.

Maybe now you can spend those extra two minutes writing your essay and letting your creative juices flow instead of leaving it to the last minute and getting yourself into a sticky situation.
