Missing student Eliza Allison found safe and well
She was found on Saturday
After several days of worry throughout the St Andrews community, 23-year-old Eliza Allison, known as Moona to her friends, was found safe and sound on Saturday evening.
According to The Courier, she had not contacted friends and family since Thursday evening, arousing worry and causing those concerned to contact the police.
The university also launched an appeal for information via social media platforms.
Officers managed to track Miss Allison to the Anstruther area on Saturday evening before confirming that she was safe and well.
North East Fife Police said: “We can confirm that 23-year-old Eliza Allison from #StAndews was traced safe and well”.
