GET READY TO BONGO

Bongo Ball is back and BETTER than ever

Bongo Ball, an event like none other, will return this October 17th at Crail Airfield. After a sell-out success last year and over £10,000 raised for the Xavier Project, this year’s Bongo is set to be greater than ever.

Since its foundation by then St Andrews student Ed Page in 2007, Bongo Ball has been supporting the Xavier Project and has enabled the charity to continually grow and diversify. The charity aims to give refugees in Uganda and Nairobi the opportunity to reclaim control of their lives, and equip them with the appropriate skills to return to their country of origin and have a positive impact on the community.

Hence in greater recognition of what Xavier Project has achieved, this year’s liberal dress code aims to highlight the bright futures that the Xavier Project makes possible. One of this year’s Executive Directors of Bongo Ball, Tash Dunk, says: “We encourage everyone to really go to town with the freedom of the dress code. Think black tie but with bright colours and bold prints… The possibilities are endless!”

Ticket sales will take place on Friday 3rd October. For more information, please follow www.facebook.com/TheBongoBall and @BongoBall or visit the website: www.thebongoball.com
