Fire breaks out on The Common

Dom BakerFirefighters from Eastleigh and St. Mary's fire stations rushed to put out a fire which broke out on at the Old Cemetery on The Common yesterday.
No injuries have been reported and although it is said to have caused considerable damage at the cemetery, it appears the Gung Ho! obstacle course being held on The Common was not affected.
The Daily Echo report includes a video here which shows a fire taller than the tree line.
