RIP Susu the Cat
May she rest in bountiful tuna and milk
Get the tissues out, because the University of Southampton’s favourite furry creature, Susu the cat, has passed away.
She was famous not just within Soton, but also went viral when she was named as honorary President of the Union.
No-one knows how old she is, but she came to Southampton in 2002, so she did live a long and happy life. Unfortunately, she had been ill for a long time and had kidney issues over the past year.
She was a friend to many a Fresher and postgrad, lecturer and staff members alike. She will be greatly missed by all.
RIP SUSU XOXO
