WANTED: New University Challenge Team

Ever considered yourself a bit of a brainbox? Or maybe you have a long term desire to meet the Paxman himself? If you are naturally more gifted than the average pub quiz geezer this is the opportunity for you.

If you have ever watched University Challenge on a riveting Monday evening and found yourself unsurprised at the fact you could answer more than one question correctly, the Southampton University Challenge team is calling for you.

If you’d like to be a member of the University Challenge team, go along to one of the trials taking place next week to see if you have what it takes!

The only requirement to be eligible for trial is that you must be a student of the University for the rest of this academic year and available for filming in Spring 2015.

Initial tests will be run in the SUSU Building (42) on:

10th November: 10-11am, 11-12am: Clubs and Socs Room

12th November: 12-1pm, 1-2pm, 2-3pm: Clubs and Socs Room

13th November: 5-6pm: Meeting Room 2
