An epic video has surface on the interweb today of man free-climbing up a crane in Southampton.

Using a Go-Pro camera to video the action a man, presumed to be James Kingston, scales one of the cranes at a building site in Ocean Village, without saftery ropes or a harness.

He dangles from the crane holding on with only ONE HAND hundreds of feet up whilst observing the stunning sunset over the Solent, and also the not-so-stunning setting of St Marys.

The simple YouTube description says:

When asked why he went up there to die, he replied:
“I didn’t go up there to die. I went up there to live.”
