HARTLEY HORROR: Slippery Student Smashes Window
More dramatic news for Hartley Library as the windows at the front are accidentally smashed by a student.
AnonSome (literally) breaking news has reached The Tab from the front line of our beleaguered Hartley library. At the end of a dramatic week, which has seen family feuds, punch ups and alleged robberies, the latest reported disruption to revising students has come in the form of a smashed window pane at the library entrance.
One student raged on Facebook:
Someone has kicked in the glass at the front of Hartley. Wtf….Someone’s obviously not confident about their exam tomorrow…”
It soon transpired that the smash was a highly unfortunate accident that occurred after one student, playing on their friend’s crutches, slipped in to the building. He gave this sound advice to students:
Don’t mess around on crutches outside the library….The glass is surprisingly delicate.”
Fortunately, it appears that there have been no serious injuries, but of course, The Tab will keep you updated if the situation changes.
