Hallam students named as third laziest in the country for attending lectures

Well, what’s the point when all they do is colour in?

Sheffield Hallam students have been named the third laziest students in the country when it comes to attending lectures.

The study, compiled by Web-Blinds, found the average Hallam student misses nine lectures per month.

However, they were behind Southampton and Newcastle students, who miss an average of 10 lectures per month.

21 per cent of students questioned said the reason for missing lectures was because they didn't have enough sleep the night before.

The study also found that students who live on campus are three times more likely to miss lectures than those who commute from home.
