You can literally take an alpaca for a walk now in Sheffield

What you doing this weekend mate? Walking an alpaca

Why walk a dog when you can walk an alpaca? Holly Hagg farm is now offering you the chance to take your very own alpaca for a stroll through the hills of Sheffield every Sunday at 12pm.

This may have been intended for families and children but don’t worry everyone is welcome and this is bound to be a hit if you’re an animal lover.

How many universities can say they have alpaca trekking on their doorstep? Not many, that’s for sure. Once again Sheffield is just proving it is by far the best place to live.

So fuzzy

If you’re getting a bit bored of lazing about on the weekend or if you’re missing having a pet to cuddle at home, take advantage of the opportunity to take a furry companion for a walk in the countryside. You can even stop to feed your alpaca and take a selfie together. It would be a nice change if your mum approved of what you’d been up to at the weekend when she asks, and this alpaca trek is the perfect thing to do.

This adorable experience will cost £15 so if you find yourself free on Sunday and want to take advantage of Sheffield’s unusually nice weather at the moment, then this is the place to go. More details can be found here.
