University’s Next Top Model to be named at a fashion show this weekend
Meet the squad
The FashionSoc modelling competition will crown its winner at a grand finale catwalk show to be held this Sunday.
Inspired by the American reality TV series hosted by Tyra Banks, Sheffield University’s Next Top Model 2016 has selected 11 models from a casting to compete in a fashion show final on Sunday 13 March.
Held at Players Bar on West Street, the models will show off outfits from the competition’s different sponsors in a catwalk show of 4 themes.
The audience will then play their part in selecting their favourite during a round of public voting.
Music and dance performers will be on hand to entertain the audience, while clothing stalls and refreshments will be on offer too.
It is free entry to attend the show organised by the Fashion Society, which is from 6:30pm to 10pm and the dress code is smart casual.
