It’s a fatty
Industry Speakeasy at Freud
Free cocktails. However, getting your hands on one is no job for the faint-hearted. Elbow pads are an essential.

Burning Down the House
Warning – high chance of being trampled on or conked out by falling speakers. Only possible movement is slight side jig. But is all this worth it for the 80s bangers? You decide.
When: Wednesday 10 pm – 3 am
Where: Cellar
Cut The Mustard
Musical comedy full of ‘songs and silliness’. Written and performed by the incoming presidents of famous Oxford Revue – don’t miss it.
When: 5th – 9th May

Spoken Word and Live Poetry Performance: the Burn After Reading Poets Collective
The Young Poet Laureate and other big literary names grace the Oxford stage for their debut. Short discussion/question-answer session about the medium of spoken word after the performance – newbies do not feel intimidated.
When: Wednesday 7.30pm – 9.15 pm
Where: St. Catherine’s College
The Isis Presents: Hip Hop
This one goes out to all you third year Classicists who, in fact, identify as the Fresh Prince of Bel Air. Release the tiger onto that hoppin’ D floor – the time is nigh!

Deep Cover – Zed Bias Soundsystem | Flowdan | Champion | Terror Danjah
Garage, Grime, UK Funky, 2 step. If you know what the hell those combination of letters mean then this is totally your scene. If not – I’d advise some Nike Airs and tight jeans so as not to blow your (deep) cover.
When: Friday 11pm – 3am
Where: The Bullingdon
Oxford Holi
Set to be better than the original! Not really. But who can resist the sweet tones of Bollywood music? And if you don’t like powder paint… well … you really should reconsider what you want out of life.
When: Saturday 11am – 2pm
Where: Merton College Recreation Ground
