Style Diaries’ returns for Hilary!  Second-year Pembroke Linguist and self-proclaimed eccentric Simon starts things off this week. Simon’s joke charity publication The Overview of Oxford saw him featured on Essay Crisis last Michaelmas as ‘the funniest person on the internet’.

A committee member of Le Cercle français, the university’s French speaking society, Simon enjoys digging around in charity shops and describes his style as “multi-coloured intellectualist-hipster meets semi-vintage Sicilian mafia don”.

Monday

Simon kicks off the day with a colourful jumper and a cosy woollen blazer, chic yet simple, for a day in the lecture hall.  Bringing an edge to the look, simon accessorizes with a silk  handkerchief and brown leather boots.
