Describe your comedic style in three words.

Still needs work.

What did your parents say when you told them you wanted to do stand-up?

They laughed.

How easy is it for comedians to pull?

It’s quite difficult but I have a very simple system I use. If you ever perform comedy at university, you should definitely try it. During the gig, I make a mental note of all the attractive women in the audience. I do this while people are distracted by laughing; that’s what the jokes are for. Having scanned the room, I single out a potential partner.

After the performance I follow her to whichever club she might be going to that night and try to dance near her. Sometimes she’ll go back to work in her college library. In that case, I just have to dance more quietly. Usually she’ll ignore me or pretend like she’s not interested.

That’s when I get out a portable microphone from my pocket and hold in front of my face to remind her that I’m a comedian who she’s recently seen on stage. At this point, if all goes to plan, she’ll realise that this makes me powerful and attractive and she will finally relent.

Whilst at Oxford, I have performed comedy on 47 separate occasions. I’ve tried this tactic after each one and it’s worked 3 times! For this reason, I want to be a comedian as it will eventually help me find my wife(s).

N.B  If you’re a homosexual comedian and you’re male, then do the exact same but for a man.

If you’re a homosexual comedian and you’re female, then do the exact same but for a woman.

If you’re a heterosexual comedian and you’re female, then do the exact same but for a man.

Why should we come and see you at the BT Studio?

Because I really won’t enjoy it if no one’s there. And obviously neither will you.
