I hate to say it, but Tik-Tok made me do it
Isabelle CoombesAfter spending our lockdown in a continuous cycle of baking, eating and completing all of the Chloe Ting workouts possible, my friends and I decided that we needed to do something new.
Tik-Tok has been my main source of entertainment and fun over lockdown, and the girls and I had seen a few Tik-Tok’s made by American teenagers visiting the sunrise at the beach in California. So, without easy access to the sandy beaches of Malibu, we decided to go and make one at the next best place… UoN campus.
The night before we devised a plan to wake up at 4 am, drive down to the Lake and make a really wholesome Tik-Tok and go viral (the fame is still yet to come). As someone who can barely make a 9 am, I knew this was going to be a challenge in itself. But, fear not, we made it and it was definitely worth it.

I would definitely recommend this to any other students still hanging about in Lenton. Despite the early start, it was so nice to see Campus looking so beautiful.
