Lenton Boulevard is closed off after yet another car crash in Lenton
One car was flipped on its back
Police were forced to clear debris from the wreckage after two cars dangerously collided on Lenton Boulevard earlier this evening. 
Witnesses saw a turquoise Ford Fiesta hit a BMW which caused it to flip over.
Ambulances were on the scene as the road was temporarily blocked off by police.
A witness of the crash, Dan, said: “I saw a man being arrested and handcuffed around 100 yards down the street. I’m unsure if it is the owner of the Ford or not”.
It is not the first crash to occur around the Lenton area this year as car related incidents have become a more frequent occurrence in Nottingham.
The owner of the BMW chose not to comment on the incident.
