A tour that has previously brought us the likes of Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand, this time bring headline act Django Django plus support from Miles Kane, Palma Violets and Peace.



2) Pattersongs: Choral Music by Alex Patterson @ Djanogly Recital Hall

Tuesday, 1.15pm, FREE

A group of singers from UofN will be performing alumni Alex Patterson’s choral works in this tuesdays lunch time concert. Lunch time concerts happen twice a week and showcase some of the MUSSOC and BLOWSOCs most exciting talents.


3) Live Stand-Up Comedy @ Glee Club

Friday, 7pm, £4

With a massive 65% of for students, this night is hilariously under-used. You can see 4 outstanding comics, this week featuring Daniel Sloss. That’s just a quid per comedian!



4) Working in Tandem Open Mic Night @ The Den

Tuesday, 8pm, £2 (All proceeds go to Working in Tandem)

Showcasing acts from across the university to raise money for Working in Tandem. Performers include Rosie Gawthrop, who was Dido in Opsocs performance of Dido and Aeneas last year.



5) 4.48 Psychosis @ Nottingham Playhouse

Wednesday & Thursday, 8pm (& 6pm on Thursday), £3

Sarah Kane’s final play about the unravelling of a troubled mind. Certain to be challenging, innovative and unconventional.



6) Ones To Watch 2013 @ Rescue Rooms

If you’ve not been lucky enough to get tickets for the Jake Bugg show in Rock City, there are still tickets available for the after party featuring hotly tipped artists for this year.



7) The Best Book I Never Read @ Nottingham New Theatre
