A body has been found in UEA student halls in Norwich city centre

The death at Pablo Fanque House is not being treated as suspicious


Norwich police is investigating after a body was found in University of East Anglia’s Pablo Fanque hall.

Emergency services were called to the student hall at around midday on Monday.

The police are treating the death as unexplained but do not believe it is suspicious.

A spokesperson for the university told ITV it was aware of the incident and that it was supporting the police with their investigation.

A cordon was put in place and a police presence remained in the area until late Monday evening with a forensics team also on site.

Pablo Faque House is a University of East Anglia student accomodation located in Norwich’s city centre which has 244 rooms with prices starting at £163 per week.
