Chase & Status are coming to Norwich next month
They’ll be playing in a warehouse 10 minutes from UEA
George MartinAward-winning drum and bass act Chase & Status will perform a DJ set in Norwich on October 4th as part of The Dancing Astronaut series of warehouse events.
The duo, comprised of Saul Milton and Will Kennard, are best known for their hits 'Blind Faith', 'Time' and 'Count on Me'. They have collaborated with several internationally famous artists, including Craig David, Major Lazer, CeeLo Green and Dizzee Rascal.
Joining them at the event will be longtime hypeman MC Rage, with support on the night provided by prestigious Norwich club night Tropico.
The Dancing Astronaut is billed as Norwich's first regular warehouse event, and takes place at the Norfolk Showground. It was founded by UEA business management graduate Michael Femi-Ola, who was previously the brains behind Norwich based AfterDark Promotions.
Speaking to The Tab Norwich, Femi-Ola said "The Dancing Astronaut is Norwich’s first warehouse event, and it is based just 10 minutes from the UEA campus.
"Our first event with My Nu Leng & Oneman was successful, so we're back with Chase & Status. On top of this, we've got a very exciting December headliner lined up".
Second release tickets for the event are priced at £19.50 and are avaliable here. Alternatively, entry can be secured with the UEA City Freshers Week 2 wristband.
