Buy A Date is happening at UEA Blue Bar! Bring your spare cash and bid on UEA’s finest selection of guys to get yourself a date!
All the money raised is going towards supporting a medical programme in Tanzania, donations to the hospital, and any extra medical supplies needed.
Bidding – bids start at £1 and are in denominations of pounds. An example bid: one person places £1 bid. You place another £3, making the total £4. The first person pays their £1, and you pay your £3. Say a bid gets up to £30, you can win it by placing a £1 bid on top of it, and just paying that £1. There are no caps to the bids so bring your cash and support your fellow students for a great cause!
There are prices for the three highest bidders and their dates – meals for two at Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia, and a platter at Nandos.
A raffle will also be held on the night. Tickets are £1 to enter, and prizes include bottles of wine, chocolates, gift vouchers for a variety of places, and much more!
