Sport may have been a little slow on campus this week (something about 7 inches of snow?), but there’s still plenty of sport and scandal *cough – Lance Armstrong* going on outside the campus bubble


With sport coming to a standstill this week at UEA we had to settle for a unconvincing apology from Lance Armstrong to keep things ticking over.

Up against Oprah he was never going to have the most difficult of interviews, but still managed to shirk from responsibilities.Colney Lane is likely to be under a white sheet of oppression again this week, so expect more sledging using anything vaguely suitable.

BUCS fixtures are under the threat of being postponed for a second week running, with snow falling on Sunday evening and more expected on Monday.

Outdoor facilities in the Sportspark are also at risk of closure and staff have asked visitors to check if facilities are open in advance.

What to watch this week
