Review: Confess at Tau

Tom Stevens tells us why he’ll be going to Tau next Wednesday.

If you’ve always fancied a night out in Ibiza, but your student budget has left you living off Lambrini and supernoodles, a new night has brought the Ibiza DJ to you.

Confess is a new weekly student night being held in Tau Nightclub and Lounge, with Ministry of Sound and Ibiza Resident DJ Joshua Roberts playing a mix of the best House anthems all night.

So if you’re a fan of Swedish House Mafia, Calvin Harris, David Guetta and Avicii, and you are sick of the sound of One Direction penetrating your ears every week in the LCR, then this is the night for you.

Confess offers regular celebrity appearances, such as reality TV stars Gaz from Geordie Shore and Jess from Towie, and guest DJs, as well as deals for societies and sports teams and cheap drinks all night long.

So save yourself some money, maybe even treat yourself to a Donor Kebab and chips from Tastebuds, and don’t jet off to Ibiza, because Ibiza has come to Norwich.
