Love Island’s Wil shows Uma round Whitley Bay before going for a fancy dinner in Newcastle

Wil Anderson has introduced Uma Jammeh to the Toon’s best eateries on a recent trip to his hometown.

The couple enjoyed a lavish dinner at Victor’s on  Tuesday, July 24th, accompanied by two of Wil’s friends.

Posting a photo of the dinner on his Instagram Story, Wil described the night with friends as a “double date”.

After travelling from London to Whitley Bay in true style in a private car, complete with a starlit ceiling, Wil immediately showed Uma the best spots in the North East.

In true Geordie style, Victor’s gave Uma a friendly reception, even serving her a personalised dessert with “Welcome to the Toon” spelled on it in chocolate sauce.

They join a host of famous faces who have dined at Victor’s, including Geordie Shore’s Vicky Pattison and Sky Sports presenters Jeff Stelling and Bianca Westwood.

The couple’s trip to Newcastle was kicked off by a chauffeured ride to Wil’s hometown of Whitley Bay where they ate lunch there on Wednesday, 25th July.

Wil took to his Instagram Story to share his excitement about returning to Brack Burger after three and a half weeks in the Love Island Villa, claiming that he was “back at the best”. A sentiment which every student returning to Newcastle in September will relate to.

The couple’s visit to Newcastle follows a dramatic Love Island journey. Wil was eliminated from the show first, after bombshell Reuben Collins chose to steal Uma. However, in a shock decision Uma decided to leave the villa with him and the two have appeared loved up since their exit.
