Startled freshers were left cooing in a Medicine lecture on Wednesday after the lecturer taught the session while holding his baby boy.

The hero Dad brought his little boy to a Human Anatomy lecture at Newcastle Uni and taught them about the importance of breast milk.

But despite the obvious challenges that come with simultaneously bottle-feeding and lecturing a room full of medics, Dr. Dad pulled off the stunt rather well.

Emma, a first year medic told The Tab: “Yeah it was so cute though, all the girls were ‘awing’.

“We learnt about the importance of breast milk.

“He just kind of opened the door part way through the lecture and wheeled in a Baby.

“Then everyone awed and laughed for ages and then started paying more attention cause it was so cute an unexpected.

“Everyone was talking about it after but it was mainly due to just how cute the baby was cause it was so unexpected.

“It was only a lecture on breast milk and feeding it wasn’t really necessary to bring the baby.

“Then it cried so he gave it back to the mum and they left.”
