Man rushed to hospital after stabbing in Piccadilly Gardens

As reported in Manchester Evening News, police were called at 7:37pm. Paramedics treated the man on the scene before he was taken to hospital with "serious injuries".
Video footage shows the man being treated by paramedics while crowds watch from behind tape.
Greater Manchester police said: "Police were called to Piccadilly Gardens in Manchester at 7.37pm to reports a male had been stabbed. Officers are at the scene. The man has been taken to hospital with serious injuries."
