Fight Night 2016: Meet the fighters
You probably know at least one of these people
Next week the most notorious boxing event in the country is finally coming to Manchester, and we are here to introduce to you the 24 fighters taking part.
On Tuesday 26 April Fight Night is coming to The Ritz, which will be transformed from a city centre nightclub into a Boxing ring to match the MGM Grand – Las Vegas. The event is almost sold out with 750 tickets sold, and even the after party (which is to take place at Sound Control) only has 200 tickets left.
The night will consist of 24 boxers, 12 fights and over 700 screaming fans as well as ring girls, presenters and genuine entrance songs. It’s the real deal.
The boxers have been paired up based on weight and ability and have all been training for eight weeks in preparation for the fight. The fights will be made up of three rounds of two minutes, with a minute break in-between and the entertainment will run from 7pm until 11pm on the night.
