Burger King are doing free deliveries to Fallowfield

Right to your sofa

The burger chain will deliver to homes within a two mile radius of the Fallowfield branch on Birchfield road.

Orders of Whoppers and fries have already been flooding in from late night snackers all over Fallowfield.

Deliveries are available within a two mile radius

The free delivery service has been on a “below-the-radar” trial since December and has been extremely popular, despite the lack of publicity.

The Fallowfield branch was the first in Manchester to start delivering, joining forces with Hungryhouse and another delivery company.

Due to the success of these trials, which took place in eight locations, the US-owned chain are expanding their delivery service to 34 branches across the UK.

Deliveries are available between 12 noon and 10pm everyday and there must be a minimum spend of £14.

Around 400 orders are being placed a week and the service is also available at the Bury branch.

Imagine this but on the sofa at home

A spokeswoman from the Fallowfield branch told the M.E.N.: “The service has done really well so far.

“There are plans to add the delivery to services to Burger Kings in Manchester such as the Lowry, Piccadilly Gardens and The Trafford Centre in the next few months.”

Vouchers will be posted to properties within a three mile radius over the next month for customers to use for deliveries.

Second year Geographer, Lois said: “That’s sick, I’d love a Chicken Royale in bed.”

You can place your orders either via the Burger King website, www.burgerkingdelivers.co.uk or hungryhouse.co.uk.
