Man handcuffed and bundled into Police van outside Stopford
It happened at 12.50pm this afternoon
The TabPolice handcuffed a man and bundled him into the back of a van outside the Stopford building.
A nearby witness told The Tab: “There was a parked police car outside stop ford and sudden to a van arrived with sirens, two police men dragged what looked like a ginger student out of the car and into the back of the van.”
The incident happened at around 12.45pm on Oxford Road just in front of the bus stop.
