Two Loughborough halls rated top 10 in the UK for best student residences

Two of Loughborough's student Halls have been rated in the top 10 in the UK for best student halls by The Times Higher Education.

Falk Egg, best known for its wild antics during the sing-off and its good value for money, won the top position.

Harry French, located slightly off campus and last year's winners of the sing-off came in the eighth position.

The findings were based on value for money, location and social space, amongst other factors.

Other halls that were ranked highly are St Regulus Hall at University of St Andrews and Nightingale Hall at University of Nottingham.
