Franki AlpertLast week, we asked you to vote for your favourite LSU night. Seeming as we have the best students’ union in the country, we felt we needed to make a clear distinction on what the student body regards as their favourite night.
660 of you voted, and the results were as expected. FND stormed into the lead, taking a whopping 55 per cent of the vote – no surprise seeming the LSU hosts the likes of Mistajam and Chris Mills on a regular basis. As well as how Papa Si ensures he is selling us his beloved pizza in the Piazza.
Stuesday and Hey Ewe were almost tied, with Stuesday receiving 23 per cent and Hey Ewe getting 22 per cent of the overall vote.
This could be surprising to some seeming Tuesday night’s at the union are riddled with amazing drinks offers and £1.99 entry, as well as how on Wednesday’s the LSU secures us some amazing acts, like Venga Boys who performed a couple of weeks ago.
Regardless, we all love the union as without it where would we get our weekly fix of Mr Brightside?
