Best dressed at Lufbra’s vintage fair

There wasn’t a Kukri tracksuit in sight

| UPDATED bargain denim fashion Loughborough lufbra nike vintage fair

Every uni is associated with something and if you know anything about Loogabaroogah, that something is sport.

The typical student uniform on campus consists of a varsity sweatshirt or hoodie, shorts or gym leggings and obligatory flip flops or trainers. However, just as Oxbridge students don’t all wear red corduroys and Harry Potter glasses, all Luff students don’t dress the same.

The vintage fair returned last week and gave us the opportunity to unearth some vintage gems, as well as pick out the most stylish bargain hunters on show.

Jazz , Finalist, Drama

Unlike most students at our sporty institution, Jazz looks as if he should be running a pop up boutique in Spitalfields specialising in fishnet vests.

Courtney, Second Year, Industrial Design

Courtney somehow manages to look fabulous in a paint-speckled outfit you would never be able to pull off. Ever.

Alex, Second Year,  Retail Marketing Management

If you see past Alex’s awkward stance, he actually rocks the grunge look rather well. Beige windbreakers never looked so cool.

Adi, Second Year, Communications & Media

She shows us how everything looks good in black. Those gold Nikes are on point, too. Work it girl!

Chloe, Finalist, English and Sports Science

Chloe made me feel really underdressed while hunting for my vintage garms. Those sexy glasses scream sexy sophistication.

Lydia, Finalist, Geography & Sports Science

Lydia shows off her banging legs with this oversized denim T, and completes the workwear look with some trusty Timbalands.
