Norway, Iceland and Loughborough all have one thing in common – they all play host to the wonders of the natural world.

Tonight, students and locals have a rare chance to see The Aurora Borealis in the skies above Looga.

The Northern Lights is caused by the particles hitting the sun by what is called the KP index (KP1 is the lowest and KP9 is the highest).

But tonight a storm of mystical beauty could pass over Loughborough as the KP index is predicted to rank at 8.33 at 5pm this evening.
