Mayhem at McDonald’s as cat-fight erupts
Post-Echos McDonalds brawl ends with bloody noses and spoilt burgers
It was what should have been a normal Saturday night with the standard post-Echos McDonald’s visit.
So imagine the horror when one group of late night munchers started fighting in the middle of the restaurant.

Videos posted to snapchat said the warrior women were locals fighting in the early hours of Sunday morning.
The disagreement kicked off between a group of women at the McDonald’s in Market Place. What started as a screaming match quickly descended into a violent scuffle and chaos ensued.
This is the moment one girl was punched in the face, apparently starting the scuffle.
Hair was pulled and meals were destroyed, along with the dreams of innocent bystanders hoping to have a peaceful, drunken bite to eat.

McDonald’s security staff were quick to intervene, ushering the group outside, but were unable to diffuse the situation.
The fight starts inside
A shoe is thrown and hair is pulled in the street
More punches were thrown and one member of the group was seen with a suspected broken nose, with blood streaming down her face.
One witness said: “It was horrific. There were bodies everywhere. My burger was ruined.”
When it was apparent that the group could not be broken up, the police were called. The situation calmed down as soon as they arrived at the scene.
Some of the girls were seen hobbling away to retrieve previously hauled shoes, overcome with emotion and evidently in pain.
