Mojitos all round: the best Latin nights in Liverpool

“Half of my heart is in Havana ooh-na-na”

| UPDATED

There's something about Latin music that enchants people, perks them up, makes them move their bodies and greet friends by kissing both their cheeks. The trend began with Despacito and over the last two years, it seems as if everyone has started picking up Spanish. And now, Latin music has become more popular than country and dance music in America.

Here are few Liverpool bars where you can release your inner Latino.

Wednesday:

CaVa

@4A Wood St, Liverpool, L1 4AQ

Price: very student friendly.

Everyone and their grandma knows about CaVa's £1 tequila shots. It's also a surprisingly good place to find some real Latin vibes. Give it a go if you haven't already.

La Parrilla

@ 57 Bold Street, Liverpool L1 4EU

Price: £4.95 cocktails. Pretty standard cocktail prices for Bold Street.

For something a little different, check out their Salsa, Bachata & Merengue classes and socials every Wednesday.

Thursday:

Revolución de Cuba

@ Unit 17, Albert Dock, Liverpool, L3 4AF

If you can't make Wednesdays, Revolución de Cuba also offers various, free Latin dance classes every Thursday 7.30-9.30 pm, followed by a salsa party till 2 am. Give it a go and meet some lovely, sociable people.

For nights out, we recommend getting there quite early. It gets very busy between 11-12 pm.
