Gin lovers of the city rejoice, as a new gin garden is set to open near Liverpool One, in time for those celebratory drinks when deadlines and exams are complete.

Fezziwig's Gin Yard will be an all-year-round outdoor venue, located in Campbell Square, near other favourites like Amalia and Cow&Co Cafe.

Bom-bae Sapphire

This paradise will stock a wide range of hand-picked brands, from household names to small batch independents, and was created in partnership with Bombay Sapphire.

Danny Murphy, who owns Furnival's Well, where the garden is situated, told the Liverpool Echo: "What we want to do with Furnival's is make it an experience, so rather than just sitting outside and enjoying a gin and tonic like you can in other venues, we really want to educate people about what a botanical is, what goes into gin and what defines one gin from another."

Near the venue's position

Fezziwig's Gin Yard will be opening on Saturday 19th May – the Royal Wedding date – with a Royal Gin Party from 3pm to 9pm, so here's us hoping the warm days will stick around for this.
