A man’s body was found in Sefton Park this morning
He was a talented musician and artist
Marisa LeeMerseyside Police have just confirmed that the body of 22-year old Josef Thompson was found in Sefton Park this morning, after a extensive search for the missing man.
He was last seen on Thursday 10th of November at his home on St Michaels Church Road in Aigburth.
Merseyside Police have stated that his death is not currently believed to be suspicious.
Upon finding the body, the area was cordoned off and a scientific support vehicle was seen on the scene.
Josef’s family have been informed and are being supported by officers from Merseyside Police during this sad time.
