Ey up! Liverpool is the third best uni in the North West

Sure

Liverpool is officially the third best uni in the North West – destroying LJMU and Liverpool Hope yet again.

2016’s Complete University Guide has ranked us just below Manchester and more surprisingly, Lancaster, who’ve come out top.

The league also says “never failed to qualify for the North West’s top three.”

And it’s just another thing we’ve beaten LJMU at, who unfortunately only made it to fourth place.

Surprisingly, there was no mention of Liverpool Hope.

We may have been pipped to the post for second place by rivals Manchester but they don’t have The Beatles, or the Albert docks so it’s clear who the real winners are.

And besides, no-one has a red brick building that could ever compete with ours.

First year Anatomy student Liv Seller said: “I’m just surprised we weren’t first or second to be honest, we deserved to beat Lancaster.”

Lancaster may have taken the top spot but does anyone really know who they are? And does anyone really care? Exactly.
