With a second date in its new venue at Haus, Eat Your Greens looks set to provide another wholesome offering of some of the very best in reggae and ragga drum and bass.

Eat Your Greens never disappoints in its line-ups and this is no exception, especially with Benny Page, Skitz and Rodney P, Chimpo and The Drop all featuring and showcasing a wide breadth of variety within the underground scene.

With Benny Page’s ragga drum and bass ensuring an exciting focal point for the night and Manchester’s own Chimpo effortlessly skipping between grime, drum and bass and dubstep, these two veteran DJs should be guaranteed to make the event extra special.

Eat Your Green featured their live band for the first time at the EVAC in May

Also in the line-up is Skitz, who has helped to revolutionise Hip Hop music in this country by giving it a distinctly British feel. Having collaborated with the likes of Buggsy and Roots Manuva, his incisive understanding of the music means his sound is as crisp and fresh as it was ten years ago.

Eat Your Greens’ inclusion of a live band has often proved to bring an early highlight to the evening, providing a cool vibe that prompts a really positive atmosphere to develop. This time it is the turn of The Drop to grace the stage and, with an extensive catalogue of catchy reggae influenced songs to delve into, the nine piece London based band have all the credentials to fill this space with ease.

With all these brilliant artists playing under one roof, it shows that Eat Your Greens deserves its place as one of the most prominent nights in Liverpool.
