We spoke to the Lincoln Deliveroo student who slid down Steep Hill

Did someone order a legend?

| UPDATED

As snow-related shenanigans go, sliding down Steep Hill in a bid to make a Deliveroo run might just be up there.

When Lincoln Biology fresher Archie Beresford found himself confronted with the snowy incline on his way to pick up a Nando's from the quayside, there was only one thing to do.

Making use of a baking tray from his student accommodation, Archie shot down the hill, with his icy exploits being captured on video and going viral.

With the added padding of the waterproof Deliveroo jacket, Archie hurtled towards the delivery bonus that was offered with the bad conditions, all in an attempt to pay off his student loan.

But the main question here is, would he do it again?

The answer: No. Despite Archie's best efforts to recreate the Skeleton Luge down Steep Hill, he didn't even get a tip! Imagine being the person who didn't tip the guy that slid down a hill to deliver your food on time.

So the next time you're waiting for your food order think of this legend who literally slid down a hill for you, oh, and don't forget to tip!

Someone get this man a raise!
