University of Leeds now has a walk-in vaccination centre on campus

The service runs Monday to Wednesday, until September 29th

The University of Leeds is offering on campus Pfizer jabs from 9-3:30pm Monday to Wednesday until September 29th.

The walk-in service, which is taking place in the Great Hall, will give students the opportunity to get either their first or second vaccination.

In a Facebook post published yesterday, the university added that those wishing to get their vaccine do not need to be registered with a doctor or have an NHS number.

The post reads: “On University of Leeds campus today? Get a Pfizer vaccination at the Great Hall until 3.30pm.

“It’s open 9-3.30 Mon to Wed this week and next. No need to be registered with a doctor or have an NHS number to get it.”

Alternative walk-in clinics can be found here.
