To test it out, I chatted up guys on Tinder – admittedly probably not “reality” as such, but close enough – using only quotes from Love Island. And by quotes, I mean ridiculous chat up lines that genuinely should never ever work.
Oh, and spoiler alert: most of them were said by Chris. But who’s really surprised?
